Delta4 Digital Announces Allie Hughes as new CEO

Following a transformative period of growth, including the merger of Hughes&Co and Delta4 Digital, the company announces its next generation of leadership.

ST. CATHARINES, ON – May 2026 — Delta4 Digital today announced the appointment of Allie Hughes as Chief Executive Officer, effective May 29, 2026.

The appointment marks the next phase in the evolution of Delta4 Digital, the largest digital agency in the Niagara region. Founding partners Lisa Matheson and Frank Coy will transition from their operational roles into Consulting Partner positions, where they will continue to provide strategic guidance and participate in company governance as part of a planned leadership succession. Partners Jeremy Adams and Blair Colbey will continue in leadership roles as the company advances its long-term growth strategy.

The transition follows a transformative period for the organization, including the successful merger of Hughes&Co and Delta4 Digital. The combination brought together two highly regarded agencies with complementary strengths in strategy, creative, technology, and digital marketing, creating a stronger platform for growth and client service across North America.

Since its founding, Delta4 has grown into a leading North American agency, serving clients across Canada and the United States through integrated expertise in strategy, creative, technology, performance marketing, and digital platforms. With nearly 40 professionals based in downtown St. Catharines, the company has become a significant economic contributor to the region, creating high-value careers while supporting organizations across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.

"This transition represents exactly what we hoped to build—a company that could thrive beyond its founders and continue growing through strong leadership, exceptional people, and a clear vision for the future," said Lisa Matheson, Consulting Partner. "Allie has played an instrumental role in shaping the organization we are today. She brings the strategic perspective, leadership capability, and ambition required to guide Delta4 into its next chapter. Frank and I are incredibly proud of what has been built and look forward to supporting the company as it continues to grow."

As CEO, Hughes will lead the company's strategic direction, continued expansion across North America, investment in talent and technology, and the strengthening of the client relationships that have fueled Delta4's success.

"The foundation of Delta4 was built through the vision, trust, and leadership of Lisa, Frank, Jeremy, and Blair," said Hughes. "The merger of Hughes&Co and Delta4 created an opportunity to build something truly exceptional. Today, we have an outstanding team, deep client relationships, and a business that contributes meaningfully to the economic vitality of our community. Our ambition is to become one of North America's most respected independent agencies—recognized for the quality of our work, the strength of our partnerships, and the opportunities we create for our people."

The leadership transition reflects Delta4's commitment to continuity, long-term growth, and operational excellence. With a strong leadership team and the continued involvement of its founding partners, the company remains focused on helping organizations succeed through integrated strategy, technology, creativity, and performance.
